State Executive Board

The CLEARS Executive Board is comprised of each elected Chapter President of California. The Executive State President is elected among all members, with the Past President continuing in a role of helping the transition between Boards. Appointed positions include the Audit Chair, Legislative Representative, California Police Recorder (CPR), Media and the CLEARS.org web site.

The Executive State Board position responsibilities are described in the organization's Bylaws and Document of Policy. Each member represents their agency and holds a position of supervisory level or above. Their volunteerism to the organization away from work provides a network of fellow civilian colleagues (but not limited to) who are the decision makers for the areas of records management.
